Transform any room into visually vibrant and atmospheric setting. Choose a colour of your choice, for example, set an intimate, relaxed, chilled, romantic or party mood according to the relevant colour. The lights can be set to a single solid colour or set to flash/strobe or smoothly change into various colours on a computer controlled DMX or by using the inbuilt sound to light setting. The DMX or sound to light settings are ideal for later in the evening  when the party gets going. Up-lighters also help remove the harshness of standard lights in the ceiling and can be dimmed to suit any occasion. (Most people choose a single solid colour)


we can also supply wireless mood lighting so there’s no unsightly cables running across the room or danger of trips and falls, and the extra added safety feature of zero chance of electrocution from mains cables. (Especially important when children are present) Another feature which adds to our up-lighters are surround kick covers. These not only protect the lights, but they also act as aesthetic diversion from the often industrial look of up-lighting  The covers also help direct the light away from guests sat very near the lights to help avoid any uncomfortable dazzle and light pollution. (Please ask if you would like the kick covers) These types of lights are often referred to as up lighting or mood lighting and are very popular for dressing wedding venues, marquees, halls, bars and function rooms. The only disadvantage to wireless mood lighting is battery life, depending on the colour chosen, the battery life can last between 6 – 12 hours. However, they can still be powered by mains just in case.

Up-lighting cost depends on he size of the room, but as a general guide, we charge £10 per light, most of the time we can give you an idea of how many lights your event will require by simply letting us know which venue you have booked
